Group messaging
How it worksGroup messaging is our web based messaging service and is totally compatible with any web browser. Below are some of the features of Group messaging. Multi profileGroup messaging allows multiple profiles. This enables many different users under the same Group messaging account, each with their own names and reply email addresses. EMail and SMSGroup messaging handles both SMS text and email. SMS and emails from manual entry and from uploaded filesRecipients, both SMS and email, may be entered manually for small volumes, cut and pasted or loaded into the system via .csv or .txt files. You may upload and store as many files as you like. Files, like contact lists, can be added to and edited. You can also select only a small number of recipients from a file and so use it like a contacts list. EMail attachmentsGroup messaging allows uploading of attachments for subsequent email campaigns thus allowing you to attach say a newsletter to your emails. Emergency broadcastIn response to the Christchurch earthquake and heightened awareness regarding emergency procedures for staff, parents, pupils and other groups, Group messaging provides an emergency broadcast facility. You can designate an uploaded file as an emergency broadcast file. Sending a text from designated emergency mobile(s) will initiate the broadcast. Rich HTML emails and templatesGroup messaging incorporates a rich HTML editor allowing you to create complex and visually attractive HTML emails. Emails and SMS text may be saved as templates for later use. PersonalisationWhen sending from a file, replaceable parameters may be used with email and SMS allowing you to personalise your messages with names, receipt numbers or loan numbers for example. Result trackingGroup messaging allows you to track the delivery status of SMS texts for every campaign in real time. We will also send you non-delivery notifications for SMS texts. EMail rejections are also available. If you have any questions whatsoever, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to help. |
